Going thru the change
I've only been taking this supplement for a short time but I can feel the affects of it already I will report again after a month.

Four months' worth
I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out. This bottle comes full almost up to the neck, which isn't bad nowadays. Unfortunately, Amazon puts their sticker right on the bottle's label so I can't read all the information there. If used as directed it will last four months. The expiration date on mine is Dec 2025. The scent of these capsules is reminiscent of a bandaid to me; the taste is less noticeable. They are fairly easy to swallow with water. I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says made in the USA and GMP-certified. I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Their maxlifenaturals site is functional; I would like it to be a little more informative. I like to see a phone number on the website, or at least a chat feature. This has both of those, plus their email and a Contact page form. Their About page says what a lot of companies claim: their team of professionals, all the auditing and analyzing and 3rd-party testing they do, etc. I feel like their claims are true, but some companies introduce their team and have results of their testing all available on the website. I think more companies would do this if they realized how important it is to earn the trust of their customers. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like the ingredients I see here, and the stearates and dioxides that I don't... a lot of companies say they need to use them, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to. The bottle may seem a bit pricey, but when you remember it's for four months' worth it's more reasonable. Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

Really Like the Sulforaphane in this as well as the amount of DIM
I got this because I currently take all the ingredients this product has in each capsule. I am a huge fan of DIM for the ways it possibly supports my moods. I was experiencing some ups and downs with my moods and sometimes it was pretty extreme. I found Dim to be beneficial for me personally with leveling things off so to speak. I actually started taking it (Dim) for the possible health benefits it may have with good estrogen. And more importantly to me is the way it is thought to possibly affect the 'bad' estrogen types that may possibly lead to adverse health conditions. I of course like knowing when I take DIM it may possibly be benefiting me in these ways. I am also a huge fan of Sulforaphane and consider it to be a not well known ingredient that may be surprising to some with what the studies indicate it may possibly be associated with. Nrf2 is a transcription factor in cellular defense that Sulforaphane is thought to possibly activate. It pairs wonderfully imo with DIM which is why I take a larger dosage than what is in this product per 1 cap serving. But I am definitely happy to be getting the extra amount this offers me. I actually also take Broccoli extract with my Dim too which may act as a precursor to Sulforaphane. There is thought ( mine included) that DIM and Sulforaphane may work synergistically together possibly. I am also very happy to see the pomegranate extract in this for the ellagic acid it has that I consider beneficial for the skin. I also take this in larger dosage amounts separately. I actually planted a pomegranate tree to get a fresh source for this fruit for all the health benefits it may possibly have. So that very briefly describes why I really like this blend and I think the Dim dosage in this is a higher amount than I am used to seeing and am all smiles with that. I didn't see where this was third party lab tested but I don't 'personally' recall any brand doing so (with Dim). Other than my moods getting leveled off, I don't dont notice much with this and just hope behind the scenes good things are happening. Good Luck and I Hope this was Helpful.

A serving size is only one capsule so this is a 4 month supply
These capsules are medium-large size, have no taste or smell and are easy to swallow. One serving size is one capsule which is great considering you get a whopping 400mg of DIM in a serving. I’m used to having to take multiple pills of other brands to get that dose. This bottle will last for 4 months which I think justifies its higher price ($31.49 at the time of this review). They also don’t contain fillers or harmful chemicals which I appreciate. These capsules are made in the USA, carry the GMP seal and are 3rd party tested. Per their website: “After our supplements are manufactured, labeled and sealed, we enlist a 3rd party, independent lab to test once again for purity and potency. These labs further analyze our completed products to ensure and verify that the ingredients in our products are pure, safe and in the appropriate amounts as listed on our labels.” Expiration date for the bottle I received is 3/27.

good product
So far so good. I can't report and changes, but I've been using DIM supreme for a few years now. the two times I stopped taking DIM for a length of time I noticed a change in PMS. Now I try not to skip. It has not been long enough to see if the added SGS is doing anything positive, if I feel I see anything in a month or so, I'll update then.
