I chose this 6 inch mini chainsaw as it had very good reviews. So far, I have only used it once to cut back some thick branches on a tree (c 2.5 inch diameter) & then to cut them into sections but it performed very well. It's not very heavy & I found it easy to use even with arthritis in my hands! All the accessories were in the box & I appreciate having two batteries. The carry case is great too. I bought a wee bottle of chainsaw oil. I received a follow-up message from the seller confirming the 3 year warranty & listing some helpful tips on how to use the chainsaw, much appreciated. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Excellent value for money. Useful case to hold the mini chainsaw, 2 x Batteries (arrived fully charged), charger, spare bar and chain, gloves and Safety Glasses.Mine didn't come with a screwdriver, but did come with a spare 8inch bar which I'd much rather have.Very impressed with the initial results. Battery Life exceeded my expectations and cut through 6inch logs with ease.Both Batteries have been used and re-charged with no issues. The charger is smaller than I expected but appears to do the job. There is an LED on the charger that indicates when the battery is charged or charging.

This little tool has been brilliant for cutting back the thick branches on the trees and general use around the garden. It’s a great price for what you get, easy to use and the battery last a decent length of time. Not too heavy but does a great job. Would recommend 👍

It works well, straight from the case, no assembling required, batteries fully charged. Light and well designed, wife has used it with no issues. The instruction manual correctly recomends 'protective gloves', those supplied are ordinary gardening gloves and will not provide protection in event of accidental contact with the chain. I have ordered a pair of gloves which have a stainless steel thread woven into the material. I like the provision of an oil tank with an oil button to lubricate the chain, which is better than some models which do not have this feature, so you then have to stop to oil the chain. Instruction manual shows chain saw held in one hand with the other griping the casing, if you follow this then safety gloves are essential, as the risk of injury is increased. I thought use of both hands as described is a risk, therefore only 4 stars.

This is a great bit of kit, especially for the £69.99. I used regular chainsaw oil straight from the can with a steady hand, so no need for the bottle supplied. I initially used it to cut back overgrown leylandii conifers and I was very impressed with its performance. A fully charged battery lasted for two+ hours of use. Constant but intermittent oil discharge and chain tension checking proved invaluable to efficient cutting. The only minor issue is that debris continually built up under the shroud covering the adjustment & drive mechanism, which needed to be removed manually with the battery removed of course, but then again that happens with all my chainsaws.

This is my new fav tool! It’s so handy ! Love it! Easy to use, good battery life just make sure you get some chain oil so that you can use it straight away! 😁

Bought the 8 inch version. Very light in the hand, and easy to use even with the battery attached.Only used it once so far, to saw up 6 inch branches, but very quick and effective. A lot less effort than reciprocating saws, but they have their place.Quality seems good for the price, though time will tell. It's only domestic jobs I'll be using it for, so should be fine.I had no issues with items being missing as others have reviewed, it was all supplied as per the description including batteries, spare chain, chain cover, bar, screwdriver, gloves, glasses, oil bottle. Just add chainsaw oil and you're ready to go!Haven't had to adjust chain tension yet, but that's a common task I think with all chainsaws.Oil reservoir pump/bubble also appeared to work fine to dispense oil.A good value addition to the gardening toolbox.

I ordered the product having never used a hand held chain saw before. This one is great, comes in a case with two batteries, charger, with some cotton gloves, plastic eye glasses and a spare chain. Cuts branches and small logs without an issue. You do.need to add chain saw oil to the reservoir to lubricate the chain. However, the saw stopped working after about four weeks. I contacted the Company via email as Amazon suggested. Sent three emails in the end. Sent the company a video of the saw not working and proof of purchase. Didn't hear anything for about two weeks. Then out of the blue got an email stating a replacement was on its way. Took 10 working days to arrive. Now back up and running with a great chainsaw. The company also sent me an extra two spare chains. So now very happy.
