Now, I have my solution, it’s the CloudMassage.The CloudMassage’s therapeutic deep kneading, compression pressure and heating features felt as if I was being massaged. It felt like fingers were gently massaging my legs and feet. I love the fact that the CloudMassage makes the settings so easy to use. I was able to adjust the massage level and intensity to fit my needs.The CloudMassage machine is also very easy to position and adjust in several ways, by just moving the adjustable bar. My favorite feature has to be the heat settings, which will come in handy during the cold winters.I also love the fact that I can share the CloudMassage with other family members.My mom and I live together, so I asked her to try the massager. Her legs are painful and ache due to varicose veins and years of standing at her job. I swear that when she tried it and fail asleep that was a miracle because she’s high energy and never sits down even in her senior years. I have issues with my feet. I sustained an injury 20 years ago, and was always able to deal with the pain. Recently, that old injury has made standing on my feet for long periods of time unbearable. I knew I needed some kind of relief. I read the reviews for this unit about 2 years ago, but decided to go with a Brookstone unit, because I was familiar with their brand name. I had two Brookstone units that completely failed in under 3 months with very light use. I had never used or tried any mechanical foot massaging device before the Brookstone purchase. That unit felt great to me at that time because I was having major foot pain issues, and it provided relief. But the motor was weak, and it did not take much for the motor to completely go out with mild usage.I saw this unit on sale during a Black Friday sale for $149 dollars, which was a steal. So, I decided to give it a try. My expectations were low because I had never heard of the brand Cloud before. I expected it to be less effective than Brookstone because Brookstone has been manufacturing all kinds of massage devices for years. I thought I would use it, and send it back if it did not massage my feet well, or if the motor died shortly after use. For $149, I did not think I had much to lose.I was so wrong about this product and brand. I have used this device almost every night, and some times, for back to back to back sessions. The motor is able to handle it, and it massages my painful foot enough to provide me with temporary relief. It provides a deep massage on the lowest setting, so much better than the Brookstone unit. You have options to increase the intensity, and make other adjustments to customize your massage experience, which I have done when my feet are really ailing me. I have a tendency to go for the brand that has been around forever, and that has cornered the market if given an opportunity when it comes to appliances. My bias is thinking that they have figured it out through trial an error and experience. I believe that is true in a lot of cases, but every now and then, some one new comes into an established market, and they make a better product. Cloud's product was better than Brookstone in every respect, including having a more powerful motor. I cannot compare this product to other massagers because I have only used the Brookstone unit and this one. I can say this blows the Brookstone Shiatsu massager out of the water. I was very surprised in a pleasant way. The fact that it was only $149 during Amazon's Black Friday sale was just the cherry on the top. This product was worth the full asking price and has brought my injured foot so much relief over the course of a year.

It's champions! I have both arthritis and flat feet. At work walking and standing a lot. This machine will keep hold your feet down. I was researching about the massage machine carefully for a while before I bought it. My feet 14 sizes and between narrow and wide. I'm using the massage machine about 30 minutes before & after work daily. My feet feel like born new feet. I don't to write reviews often and this time I have to share my messages with you. I added @ $36 dollars protection plan for 3 years. There's optional protection plan like @ $21 for 2 years. Play safe because I'm using it twice times daily. It's good deal. It's high quality product. YES, IT'S WORTH TO BUY IT!!!

I've been using this massager for about 6 months and it worked great initially. It provided good relief and was part of my regular routine. However, recently it started making a loud, scary noise—almost like some of the internal parts are jamming or misaligned. It seems like something has come loose inside. I'm disappointed with the durability. Update: We could not fix it by ourself. There are loose parts inside. I called Customer Service and they agreed for the replacement. Appreciate that. Changed two star to four star.

I love this foot massager. I play basketball and I have allot of spring ankles this product is great when your foot is hurting from a spring or from your daily work standing all day or running around. You can feel your feet going through therapy, it’s intense it hurts but the results are worth it. Overall I love this foot massager.
