The only reason I am giving rating this 3 stars is because of the great customer service from TMC US. As soon as I received the clock, I was sent a pdf with detailed clear instructions on how to set it up. (I was glad as the instruction book font and graphics are way too small and light to easily read.) I wish I could rate customer service alone instead of the product. Per seller, this clock is not compatible with a dual router (one that has both the 2.4G and 5G). I was never able to connect with with the app (HDMiniCam) and the time kept constantly flickering which was very annoying and distracting. I contacted seller after many many attempts to set it up. Seller responded almost immediately. I was given instructions on what to do to resolve the issues but they did not help. Also, clock appeared to be used as the screen was extremely scratched, silver around the face of the clock also had several scratches, and battery did not hold charge. Customer service is a 10 but the clock is another story. I rate the clock one star or less. I do not recommend this product. I literally spent several hours in trying to set up the phone to no avail. Needless to say, I returned the clock. Unfortunately, inadvertently, I returned clock with my 64GB sd card in it. :(

Useless. What a total waste of 5 hours. This “alarm” clock came with the poorest English translation I have ever seen. Unintelligible random sentences in a .000000002 sized font. That’s usually not a problem for me, I can decipher most broken English. Here are the only instructions for the clock itself, and I quote: SP USB data cable to connect the powerhead are charging head. Mobile power can boot directly or red with black plug connected to the power supply can be used simultaneously. Blue light is the power indicator power has been lit red LED is Wi-Fi. Specific models are as follows. 1. Ad hoc mode: slow red flashing 2. Router mode red light flash 3. After you have configured remote camera: red light. Under clear what mode, the camera can be reset at switch to point mode.That’s it. Those are the clock instructions.It also came with instructions on the app software as well, equally unintelligible. I’ve set up this type of app before, and I after I fianally decoded the instructions I discovered that this device simply does not work. There is no WiFi signal coming from this clock. I Googled and YouTubed and looked for help, there is none for this particular device and software.There is no alarm setting. It is not an alarm clock. Also, if you just leave it sit, the time starts quickly FLASHING constantly. It blinks non-stop.Total. Waste. Of. Time.

The clock i received was used. The screen was all scratched up and the silver around the front was half scratched off. And then if does not have the green and red light as described in the instructions which are very incomplete. And the UID of the unit does not match the tag and wifi would not recognize it to connect. This item is a total waste of time.
