Noticable muscle growth. Excellent amino acid profile, taste and effects.
I switched to this (beef protein isolate) from whey protein isolate as I tend to prefer pure animal based products (my focus is on maximizing amino acid intake in my foods. What I have noticed over the past 3-4 months is that without changing my workouts (1-2 times a week, resistence - moderalte level wieght training) my muscles have maintained (grown a bit) but are firmer all the time. I feel healthier and stronger. I am a huge fan and just ordered my second tub and have it on subscribe and save now. As for taste, I really like the chocolate flavor and that it uses stevia as the sweetner (if you like sweet) in lieu of other less healthy sugars (alcohol or not). It may be sweet for some, but I put it in my coffee and it makes for a very nice morning routine. I also add it to shakes for protein and full amino acid profile. While the cost may be high, I think the quality, for me, justifies and I know my body is responding positively to it.

Cleanest protein powder I've found for a carnivore
I really love this protein mix. As a dirty carnivore I've been drinking my morning whey protein shake for about a year now. I've noticed that I've started to become more bloated and gassy in the past few months which carnivore all but eliminated. I've always suspected that the dairy based protein mixes might be the culprit of the digestive issues although more mild than they used to be, still very unpleasant as I was in a lot of pain most day prior to carnivore. I am somewhat lactose intolerant (can still eat cheese and sour cream in small amounts without issue). As soon as I took my first drink I could tell immediately making the switch from whey to beef was the right move. I'm only a few days in and the gas and stomach irritation is all but gone again and I haven't changed anything in my diet except the protein mix. The taste is actually quite good surprisingly. I was afraid it would have a strong beef after taste but it doesn't. Before you make up your mind do a side by side taste test with what you currently drink. I think you'll be surprised. It just tastes clean. I don't know how else to describe it. I make mine hot as I like to have a warm beverage in the morning but don't drink coffee. It mixes well with some butter, cacao butter chips, and a little sea salt. I use a frother to mix it and it blends without clumps. I don't know how it mixes in a shaker bottle or with other cold liquids. However, mixing whey with hot water will cause curding if the water is too hot. So far this mix has no problem since it isn't dairy based. My wife likes to put the protein mix in her cute little container and it fits perfectly. Give it a shot. I'm pretty sure you'll love it. I do.

This is how you actual need to drink it
I’m so sad that there are bad reviews, but I think they don’t know how to make it well. I do about 8 ounces of soy milk, then a scoop of the chocolate protein powder, and then about a tablespoon of peanut butter. Blend for about five seconds with a small blender, you have a delicious chocolate, peanut butter, protein drink! No clumps at all as long as you use the blender. Enjoy!

Tasteless/Odorless. Good during pregnancy!
This is an excellent unflavored protein supplement. I was extremely sick when I was pregnant and this was the least offensive (no bad smell/taste) and highest protein concentration supplement I found. My only complaint would be the sticky clumping. I cook it into my protein ball recipe and mix it in other hot foods mainly so it's not much of an issue. However, if you are planning to make a cold protein shake there may end up being some very unappealing clumps. The product info does warn about the clumping.

It tastes great in the right context.
I feel so bad for this poor protein powder with all the hate it's receiving. It's actually a more economical version of the very expensive Equip grass fed beef protein isolate. It tastes identical to that IMO. I think the reason it's being knocked on taste so much is because some are expecting it to be a 1:1 replacement for whey. It doesn't taste like whey. I personally do not attempt to drink this cold and have never had a problem. I mix this with boiling water or milk, using a frother, and it dissolves perfectly. Then I sweeten to taste. I also sometimes add it to waffle batter for additional protein and cannot taste it. I agree with others that inside the container, it has an aroma, but once it's mixed into anything, that dissipates. If you hated it cold, try it hot. Add coffee, cocoa, etc. (anything strong) and I bet you'll find it more palatable. For 20g complete protein per scoop, it's worth another try!

New reason to live
Really good easy to alter to your taste You need to use hot water as others have stated. FYI vanilla flavor is actually vanilla cinnamon. I boil water and use an immersion blender in a mason jar, then I add a splash of raw milk/coffee to make to make it less overbearing because it's VERY sweet even for me, and I use monk fruit daily in tea. Possibly mixing the unflavored along side this would be good.

Favorite protein powder
I really do not understand the bad reviews for this! I've been using this powder for about a year. I personally use the vanilla flavor. It is very strong depending on what you are mixing it with. I toss in into my little nutribullet blender with coconut water, some banana, frozen fruits and a little ice and blend away. It is SO good. Half the time it's gone before I even get to the gym. I would say if you don't want the hassle of blending and want something you can toss in a single liquid, shake and go, then get the chocolate because the vanilla is pretty strong tasting in my opinion. This is my fave protein powder though! Clean and minimal ingredients, not gritty, blends like a dream.

Will buy again!
This is great added to beef broth. I used my immersion blender to blend up 1 scoop into 2 cups of warm broth in a mason jar. It's very rich and flavorful with a nice foam on top - great for breakfast!
