I truly believe this product is working for me. I have taken it as directed, with results. Those results were the lack of desire for sweets, something I’ve desperately needed for many years. Due to medical issues, I currently have very little appetite, so I now take these at night with my evening pills. It’s a bit of a test I’m trying out. Even with the appetite change I’m experiencing due to health issues, I’ve found a significant decrease in my desire for the foods I used to indulge in now upon waking, and throughout the early part of my day. I notice no taste or flavor, no concerning side effects, and I’m down 9lbs, per my physician. Do I think these have contributed to that weight change? Quite possibly. I’d definitely recommend this product to try.

This supplement has TRUELY helped w cravings without any side effects that I've noticed. At 50 and going through peri this has been 1 of the only supplements u can actually tell is doing something (I have tried ALOT of different things). All my days I've never experienced the severe cravings that's come w the change, unbelievable so I'm very grateful to have something that actually seems to help. Weight loss hasn't happened yet it's not supplements fault it's me in process of changing many things in my life right now so I may be able to keep my sanity! You never know whether a supplement is going to live up to your expectations but this one does! I've been taking it for a month and have seen a difference in my blood sugar and in my appetite . A surprise to me was that it seems to have also helped my peripheral neuropathy! My feet, ankles and calves have been needle tingling for the past couple of years.A month on this Gymnema Sylvestre Supplement and only my feet are tingling! It has several additional ingredients such as Vit C, Vit E, Zinc, Magnesium, D3, Chromium, Berberine and a plethora of B vitamins , not to mention White Kidney bean and Garcinia Cambogia!!! I do recommend and let me explain…At first when I began to take this supplement I thought it really wasn’t having an impact on my cravings or energy levels, so, after a few weeks I stopped taking it. Without realizing it at first, I started feeling less energized and craving sugar. When I tried to figure out why I wondered if the supplement really had been helpful afterall. I began to take it again and within a few days I noticed my energy coming back and I was craving fruits and vegetables, not junk. I really do feel that this product is actually helping. I only gave it 4 stars because they seem to make me gassier and the pills themselves are very large. You must take 3 at a time. However, I will continue to take the supplement as the pros far outweigh the cons for me.

I tried this product because my sugar levels were getting higher than I liked. Also I felt I didn't have a lot of energy and was hoping these would help. When I received the Sundhedsliv Gymnema Sylvestre supplement, I couldn't wait to open them. The cost for the 2 pack bottles of 90 count were pretty cost effective. I was concerned about the size of the capsules, but for me they didn't seem too large. I waited till the next morning to take them. The capsules were easy to swallow for me. After a week or so I noticed that I seemed to have more energy. Then the following week my sugar cravings were lower. All in all I'm very happy with the product. It did help me more than I thought it would.

Great product! Directions say to take 3/day but that was too strong for my stomach so I take 2/day with no issues or side effects. It started working slowly and after about 1-2 weeks I really noticed a big difference and I was not craving sweets or snacks. Prior to taking it I had big snack/sweet cravings late at night. Now my brain isn't even thinking about it anymore. I still like occasional snacks or sweets, I just don't CRAVE them anymore. I will keep buying them and recommend them. Also, I am on a lot of medications for my disability and it doesn't interfere with any of them.

This product is AMAZING. I first started using it a few months ago after getting a borderline high AC1 result on my annual physical.
