The media could not be loaded. Bought two of these phones for my 2 and 3 y. Olds as a reward.They were ecstatic when “their package” and cellphones came.Upon opening one phone was stone dead the other fully charged- so one kid was upset and the other couldn’t wait for the dud to charge.…half hour later we got both phones fully wired and working. For about 15 minutes of play!My son brings me a phone that looks dead or powered down, although when we plug it into the provided charger as we did before it does not show it’s charging!This is day 1 , hour 1 with 2 different phones. That’s two strikes for me. I’ve reached out for seller feedback.Anyone with children knows how it goes when you buy 2 toys and only 1 works.I’ll express I do believe you’re taking a gamble buying any of these phones as we bought my daughter a different brand a year ago and hers powered down entirely over time as well. However 1 hour into a purchase is not a good value!The cases on these phones make it difficult for the children to access buttons on side themselves so they need parental aid.We bought one “boy& one girl one”Cases seem to be more of an investment than the phone. The phones themselves feel like dollar store junk.

Not what I thought it would be. The stories are...ok and my toddler loves taking pictures, but a cheaper leapfrog toy would have been more fun. The ABC feature is boring, the games are not for 3 year old.

My severly autistic son literally LOVES this toy phone! Def worth the money! I’m going to have to order a back up just in case. My son has thrown this phone across the room without breaking it so it’s DEFINITELY durable!
