Very good sound
I make a custom build with these. I cut out 2 holes into a surround sound subwoofer box and placed these in it. The sub acts as a passive radiator. The range of audio that results is incredible. I built it for the bathroom and I love hearing that low end from the sub as music is playing. The Daytona paired very well with this build. For the amp, I used a 30w x 2channel bluetooth amplifier board and used li-ion cells to power the amp board which means the speaker is mobile.

I love it sounds amazing
I have a ton if good to say this speaker sounds great the response graph is great only thing I hate is that dip at 300 that ends at 600 there is some stuff there u can definitely tell is quieter but absolutely do not discount it bc of that it sounds amazing looks pretty good it looks way better in person vs Camera I can not stress the amount of good clear sound out of this even free air I haven't put it in a box yet it just sounds so good for the price a tweeter would most definitely help I'd cross it over around 2k to 4k if you know how after 4 it starts to break up a lot so it would be smart to have there or before a tweeter would absolutely help a good bit but truly it is not needed I would recommend this for tight spaces you will not get bass out of this without having distortion or if u don't u need a well engineered box tuned well with the right cubic feet but it doesn't handle bass well I have it crossed at 80 ish bc that's it's fs I thing that's a place to bc u can still have a sub with it without having frequency gaps overall if your on the fence and have the money and u want it for a desk speaker or a sound bar I think it's an amazing option and I'd get it

Big sound, small cost!
**UPDATE** These speakers sound great even when they're being pushed pretty hard. I have them in individual sealed boxes built to the proper volume pushing them with this amp https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0CCJQBWST/ref=ya_aw_od_pi?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and they sound quite nice. I'll make a video in the future once I refine the system's aesthetics. Well, I finally added some pictures, I decided to add some small 2" speakers with a crossover I built for the highs, and paired with the 4" Dayton Audio TCP115-4 4" woofer also purchased here on Amazon, its quite the little sound system

will not fit as a replacement for the Boss Motorcycle bullet type speakers
I ordered these as a replacement for some of my blown speakers on my buggy. I looked all over trying to get replacements to fit and thought. And these did not fit but these have a good sound out of them and will be repurposed into a different project. the tak away is they have a good sound so far and make for a possible future project. make sure these will exactly replace your current by asking questions

Matches Infinity’s Kappa Component series perfectly with a PAC BB2PR
Bought a pair of these to try out with my entirely Infinity Kappa car system. Matches the sonic signature of the Kappa’s so closely that it’s a no brainer to order 2 of these and the PAC BB2PR bass blockers instead of the $160-250 3”-3.5” Kappa midranges.I’d wager to say these not only have a bigger motor structure, but also have a Copper inductance cap that the Kappa’s do not, and at a MUCH lower price too. I’m feeding these off the midrange hookups on the Kappa 3-way crossovers wired to a CT Sounds 110w per channel amp. No tweeters hooked up to the crossovers, so getting about 55 RMS at all times and these take it with stride (WHEN CROSSED OVER & BASS BLOCKED CORRECTLY).I sound like I’m trashing the Kappa line, but I’m actually a big fan of them for their sound and performance. But one cannot always pass up a fantastic deal that performs the same, if not slightly better than the usual competition.I’ve used several Dayton Audio products before and they’ve never failed to impress me in terms of the performance you get per $ spent. I will soon be integrating a Dayton Audio DSP into my system to complement everything I already have.

Fantastic sound in a small package
I installed a pair of these in my Bintelli Beyond 6P LSV to replace the stock speakers and the sound is fantastic for in-dash speakers of this size. I did need to drill 2 new mounting holes, but otherwise these fit very nicely.

Great fit for replacement all in one mini component systems
These fit perfectly in my OLD RCA mini systemt that I use in the bedroom. The 3" Pin cushion type was just right with no installation issues. The quality and the magnet weight of the new speaker versus the 10cent old unit was amazing. They play louder and cleaner then before. Just don't push them too far. They are mini's for a reason. Parts Express is the go to place today now that Radio Shack is history. My only issue is that $10.00 for shipping is a bit too high.
