Li-zyme 50mcg works for me in that I feel slightly better the next day. A few days ago, I took 300 mcg of lithium orate one evening and felt very groggy and spaced the next day. I sleep well on 300 mcg but feel bad the next day. I will try two pills per day of the Li- zyme product at some point.

An alternative doctor suggested I start taking these with my heart palpitations as she said they can take you out of the sympathetic state. It has been such a blessing and works 99% of the time. I just pop one or maybe two depending and instead of having to lay down for hours for the palps to go away, I just get on with my life. Only thing that has worked!

I take three of these every night before bed so that is 150 mcg daily. I have slept so much better at night and I have felt so much better mentally during the day. however the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because I have put on 5 pounds since I started taking it. I don’t know how long I will take it for and I’m afraid to stop because I have been feeling great and I also take Sam-e200 mg daily.
