I used this item for little kittens eyes and it worked very well. I am so glad I ordered it. It was so easy to use and there is plenty in the tube. My neighbor even used some for his kittens.. It worked great.

Our male cat evidently got in a fight and came home with his eye bloody and completely shut. Put this ointment on his eye (against his wishes) for a few days and it completely healed. Worked great. Going to make myself a pet first aid kit soon!

However, upon receiving the item and reading the packaging and instruction leaflet, I found that the product is clearly intended for human use only and is manufactured by Pfizer Turkey for human ophthalmic treatment.This misrepresentation is not only unethical but also potentially dangerous. Using a human medication on an animal can cause harm, and I am extremely concerned that the listing did not disclose this important fact. It appears the seller has marketed a human pharmaceutical product as if it were a veterinary product, which may violate both Amazon’s policies and consumer protection laws.I am therefore requesting:• A full refund for the misleading item.• That Amazon investigate the seller and take appropriate action to prevent further misleading or unsafe sales.• Consideration for any damages or expenses I may incur if this causes harm to my pets.Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
