I am very satisfied with this product. It is compact enough and discrete to keep on my counter. The item heats ups correctly and it makes the most beautiful warm and cold foam. Regardles of it being made of glass, it is quite sturdy and easy to clean. It is also quite easy to use.

I absolutely love this! It’s an efficient and convenient addition to my morning routine. I wanted to stop using the microwave to heat my drinks while still being able to froth them. This device is the perfect size and is very easy to clean.

I love the way this machine makes different types of foam and it does a great job!However, since it isn't submersible, cleaning is kind of a pain in the neck

I love this thing. I got tired of buying milk frothers that kept breaking or needed batteries replaced frequently.I love that it’s glass, it works well, and my daughters even figured out if they add a bit of maple syrup & cocoa it makes great hot chocolate.

I love this little thing. It works as described: cleans easily, heats fast, makes nice froth & foam, easy to store. I’m very happy with it and even considering getting one for my office and maybe stocking up on some for gifts.

Heating component fails after a few weeks. I’ve gotten two of these now, thinking one was a fluke, but the second one also fails to heat the milk, just after the return window is closed.
