I am happy that I've finally found an affordable vacuum that isn't a piece of junk. This is my first vacuum with a siphon pump and it works great compared to the "up and down" model I had before, just 3 or 4 squeezes and it was primed and I was sucking crud from the bottom of the tank. No leaks either, makes cleaning my tank a breeze.

No instructions but it wasn’t rocket science to figure out. You get what you pay for. It was cheap so I wasn’t expecting amazing quality. Could definitely use a longer hose though, it barely reaches to vac my 10-gallon from the bottom of the tank to the bucket on the floor and won’t come close to reaching the gravel in my 55-gallon. Great for nano tanks under 5-gal though!

This is very easy to use, cones with different attachments for different types of spaces, and works well on both my small and large Aquariums. The hand squeeze bulb makes it easy to start suction, increase suction, or use suction only in specific areas. The clamp on the tube is great to stop suction if necessary and makes water spills when you're removing the tub a thing of the past. The suction holder makes it easy to keep the tube in place, so if you're doing a simple water change you don't even have to hold it. Best Aquarium accessory I've purchased.

This siphon is as well made as the more expensive ones we have bought in the past. I love the bucket clip and how little hand strength it takes to squeeze the siphon bulb to start the vacuum. The kids (ages 4 and 6) are strong enough to start the water flow themselves and they have such fun doing it. I am very happy to have their "help" when I clean the tank and even happier that I no longer have fish tank water all over the place! Great product! Would totally buy again

As another reviewer said, the hose is not quite long enough to comfortably vac my 5 gal tank and drain into a bucket on the floor. Also, the flow kept stopping so I needed to continue to prime the pump to get it to flow again. The hose itself is made of a thin plastic, like the bumpy straws you get with souvenir cups, so not standard, thick siphon tubing you would expect.

Wouldn't buy this again! Don't recommend at all. I used it once to vacuum my 24g tank and a couple weeks later went to use it again and the tube split so not only did it leak water all over but stopped effectively vacuuming since it allowed air in the tube. I definitely don't recommend this!

Works wonders for getting water out of my tank. If close enough to a window you can easily just dump the water outside into the yard but otherwise you have to fill up buckets because it's only around 3 feet long.

Have tried about everything out there to clean my 55 gallon tank and this is probably the best. Wish it was alittle longer and sturdier but definitely better then ones I paid 3x as much
