When it works, it does a great job. Unfortunately, the buttons are extremely inconsistent and unresponsive . Turning on the unit often takes so many attempts that I have abandon it and try again the next day. This is a serious usability and quality issue.

Instructions in manual for operation are confusing. It's unclear how to start operation of device. Had to randomly plug in and unplug unit and press different buttons to get to run. Volume of waste is reduced by 90%. Is quiet unless something very hard is in unit, which may bend blade (will need to be realigned to turn smoothly). Manual doesn't mention what the tray is for, need to watch video to see where it is used. Cleaning cycle is unnecessary, can soak in water overnight for easy manual cleaning.

I must say, I was a bit skeptical but I’m really happy with this purchase! It started out with an add for a composter, Millie, I believe it was. But, it got me thinking. So I started researching and it led me to this little gem! It’s quiet and does exactly what it says! It’s a days worth of scraps, family of four, with most scraps going to chickens but the rest in this composter! That sits right to my garbage can. Turn it on at the end of the day and I have coffee ground type compost by morning. It’s a beautiful thing! I lift the bucket out and dump it into my larger outdoor container and that’s it. No smell, no mess, and clean! And my chickens get to enjoy a handful or two, (depending on what went in) Win, Win! 😉

The two times the composter actually worked it worked great. The buttons never worked right. Can't get some of the food out of it that was trying to be composted. When it worked it was very quiet but no idea to know when a cycle was over or when it was working. I was truly excited about being able to put this in the dishwasher but never got there. Returning today.

The product is very good. It helps me with the composting process for my plants. I couldn't believe it. Vegetables and kitchen waste become soil or compost again. It's incredible for me, as I'm a fan of flowers and planting plants.

When it works, it does a great job. But getting the buttons to work is impossible. Turning the compost function on takes way too much time and so many tries before I can get it to run. The buttons need some serious investigation on why they don’t work. I’m past my return window, so the seller sent me a new unit and unfortunately, it doesn’t work either. Very frustrating. I would love to return for a refund instead of getting new machines that still do not work.

That it isn't orderless but it works on savings money on garbage bags and you get fertilizer for your garden.
