"I can't see a thing in this helmet."...but now you can.
It might not be up to the 501st Legion standard but it's a very acceptable and fun Imperial trooper helmet. The voice changer is a hoot and I'm happy camper to own a stormtrooper helmet and it didn't break the bank.

Brilliant, but beware of how much you pay!
The item is fantastic but this is more of a warning than a review. The Star Wars helmet market is a minefield. For just this item alone I saw prices ranging from £80 brand new to £225 for the identical product. It is really worth it to take the time to look into this and make sure you are getting the best value for money.

Great helmet but has some issues.
I love helmets and this is one of the best helmets I have. The others are builders helmets. The only issues with it are that there’s a slight gap around the back where the two pieces clip together, plus the adjustment for getting it to fit on your specific head is terrible. But if you like helmets and don’t really plan on actually wearing it, then this is a great display piece, especially if you love Star Wars. If you don’t love Star Wars then I wouldn’t bother.Don’t waste your money on batteries for the voice changer, it’s pointless as it will always be quieter than the unchanged voice that comes out of you.Value for money is decent.

Only buy if you’re desperate
i have been wanting to buy this helmet, i have a few other from the hasbro black series and found the detail both in and out so detailed, with a feeling of something that is real. This may look the part, but when you spend time with it you see the lack of detail, firstly the top of the helmet needs to be assembled and doesn’t meet the base cleanly, there is no inner lining as you find in the first order stormtrooper helmet. There is a battery cover one the base at the back which is not in keeping with the stormtroopers in the films, all in all the finish is of poorer quality from other black series helmets and certainly not worth the money.

Unlike many other Black Series helmets, this comes in two parts with the dome above the black band a separate clip-in piece.Would benefit from being screw-together as the clips aren’t a great fit, and for anyone with a slightly larger head it can feel a little like you’re going to force the two pieces apart. Also not comfortable across the nose as the bridge pad offers little comfort. Visibility is very limited!Fantastic as a display piece, though!
