Review: Seems to work! - Over the past couple of years, I have fallen into the trap of drinking at home. This has taken its toll on my mental and physical health. So after seeing this product come up during a search, I thought I would give them a go. As other people have stated, on the surface these may seem expensive. However, when I added up all the money spent on alcohol each week, the cost was minor in comparison. I am at the early stages of taking these tablets, but so far, so good. My hope is that they continue to break the cycle of too much drinking alcohol.

A: I took them morning and evening but still drank too much. They didn’t take away the ‘want’ for wine.

Got these to help with depression from quitting smoking. Actually quit for 7 weeks but found myself spiralling into a deep depression which was getting worse. Not wanting to start again as I usually do I done some research into supplements and found these which contain all of the ingredients I was looking for. Didn’t notice much on the first day but on the second day my depression was gone and I have more energy, think they have helped to balance out my brain chemistry only wish I tried them 7 weeks ago save me a lot of misery
