DMM Ceros Screw Gate Carabiner

While this works great with a grigri it also works great to safely secure hillsounds or microspikes to my pack.

Really like this carabiner. Works perfect my Grigri. The carabiner doesn’t rotate, the Grigri stays in place. Make belaying super easy. Well made.

This biner is now my escape -proof restraint system that I use on my English Foxhound. She has broken those others that are not as stout. The captured eye makes for a flexible secure transition from leash to harness.

Best belay carabiner in my opinion. You can safely belay with any device and know that the carabiner will never get cross loaded if used properly.

This biner is really well made and operates smoothly. Most importantly it completely eliminates the possibility of cross loading a grigri. I have tested it in every possible orientations and it always ends up loaded on the major axis. The captive bar works well, it is tight and the belay loop won't come out. Also opening toward the palm makes it easier to operate with one hand. The material and finish is top notch. I will be adding more DMMs to my rack from now on.

Prevents cross loading of a Gri-Gri which is nice but I would not use it on any multi-pitch outdoor stuff due to its weight and how it doesn't hang on a gear loop as nicely as a typical carabiner. The extra step to remove it increases the likelihood you would drop it.

I use this on my harness for belaying and it works great preventing any rotation. I wanted the screw version for safety and maintenance, but I now wish I would have gone with the ease of auto-locker.

I belay with a gri gri. If you're looking for a biner that prevents cross-loading, look no further. I was actually surprised at the heavy duty quality of the gate as well. It has this super heavy duty feel to it that inspires confidence. Has a great ergonomic feel to it and is just the right size. But DMM rocks, so yeah.

I love the action, very easy to use and it's great to have security against cross loading and the shoulder to prevent line droop.

通常のMHSだとグリグリがズレて、マイナーアクシスに荷重が掛かることがありますが、このカラビナですとグリグリがズレることがありません。グリグリ専用として売られているモノではないですが相性はいいと思います。

The horn stops the GRIGRI from cross loading and the small clip prevents it from rotating whilst clipped in to the belay loop. very light
