This is my favourite cooling oil die to being convenient spray, reduces fat content by coating pan thinly, avo oil has a high smoke point so naturally a good choice for health reasons.

Even though this is avocado oil, it doesnt make my food taste like avocado which is great! The bottle has a continuous sprayer which is very helpful. I just spray it for half a second in the cooking pan and thats all i need to cook with! I like that i have more control over how much i am using, compared to the previous oil i was using which was in a pour bottle. I always found that my previous oil i was using too much as i couldnt control the amount very well. But this spray oil solves this problem. Its also very effective at not making my food greasy. I make pancakes with this oil and they come out perfect every time!

I love using this oil for frying meats or other things that require a very hot pan, doesn’t smoke and doesn’t affect the flavour of meats too much, it also sprays out like an aerosol (think like deodorant can) which is actually quite cool!

Perfect and easy to use for multiple things. It has a very neutral taste and works fine for frying food in a pan. The only thing that could make it perfect is if the spray would be finer. Definitely will order again.

Excellent spray. Unlike many others, the nozzle doesn’t stick or even require several hard presses to work. Just a light press is all that’s needed. Highly recommended!
