I have used the Professional Chicken and thought I would try the Vegetable, which is equally good, and now tend to use it for vegetable soups and lentil-based dishes. Knorr Professional Bouillon Powders are excellent quality, and considerably better than anything you might buy in a supermarket. They normally last for about a year. The measurements in grammes quantify to 2 tsp per pint or 1/2 L. If I am using a liter of stock, which would be 4 tsps, I always add an extra tsp.

Good product overall. Easy to use, sturdy packaging and adds flavour. However, it tastes a little sweet for me so need to keep that in mind when using. Much better than stock cubes a dissolved easily. Great value for money and less packaging compared to stock cubes. Would recommend.
