This is a good salt perfect to cook with, great to make lox, sauerkraut, ideal for brine (saltwater).It is high in moisture so forget putting it on a salt shaker also not very appealing in color has a shade of very light gray due to its natural state, I gave it 5 stars because it's the type of natural Sea Salt that I like to use, no bleaching for whiteness, no caking agents and no Iodine that is a necessary supplement but not recommended for fermentation.

I ordered so I can add a pinch to my water bottle to help my body with trace minerals. It has a good taste and dissolves quickly. I am looking forward to purchasing the larger pieces to go in a salt grinder.

I like your salt, I have been using it for about a week or so. It taste is more salty than the salt i have used before. I am hoping to see if changes the way I feeling with the minerals in it.

Love this salt. I like knowing that it’s better for you than highly processed table salt. It retains more minerals and has a bit less sodium. It tastes great as it has a more clean and complex flavor.

I was using the Pink Himalayan and salt and then I ran across this Celtic sea salt, which claims to be better for you. I use a lot less salt and feel it has helped me. I recoup this.

Great item and love it.UPS deliveries should not be left directly in front of the door for all the world to see from the street. I have a large porch and could easily have been hidden. I saw my neighbor three doors down from me get packages stollen off his porch.
