I was diagnosed with a easily treatable form of lymphoma a few years ago. I have a family history of heart disease, and, of course, I'm overweight. For a 67 year old woman These are not good facts. One of the main problems contributing to all of this is inflammation.I began a serious inquiry into how to combat inflammation head to toe. Oh, I forgot, I also have irritable bowel syndrome.My initial discovery of the FODMAP regarding issues with different sugars in ordinary food, had positive results for me. I bought several books from the site that were quite helpful. I began restricting my diet to foods that did not contain any of these difficult to digest sugars found in, of course, my favorite foods, onions and garlic! I recommend the FODMAP hoops to anyone and everyone who is dealing with being overweight, diabetic, heart disease, and other inflamation related problems. I noticed a significant Improvement within two weeks with FODMAP, but it was not enough.Further searching led me to this bottle of enzymes and it has been amazing!I know the label sounds like it's just a bunch of digestive enzymes, but it is NOT! I've taken digestive enzymes for years for heartburn. I've been taking these for about 6 weeks now, and it has changed everything! I have more energy, less pain, less or no brain fog, and no irritable bowel syndrome at all!I know it appears to be an expensive bottle. But for the results I got, worth every penny. I don't say that lightly as I'm living on Social Security.I strongly suggest you try these enzymes if you have inflammation related issues, low energy, brain fog, irritable bowel disease, and feel like crap!I'll check back in with you when I next go to the doc for my checkup. I'll let you know how it's going but for now I can't say enough good about this product.And if inflammation is your primary issue, please read about FODMAP! I was so impressed at how much better I started sleeping after I started avoiding the odd sugars in such ordinary Foods. As the FODMAP books advise, I've begun reintroducing some foods, but find that some of them are going to be banned forever. And now, that's okay. I found it pretty easy to follow because I feel better.But these enzymes are what put it over the top!UPDATE: 9/19/19. Annual check up.Labs all good except HDL, but that seems to be because I cut tons of garlic from my diet. Doc said I clearly look & feel better than he's ever seen me.Cut my blood pressure pills by 30% & encouraged me to try cutting even further (home BP machine monitoring). All labs improved slightly. None but HDL declined (garlic deficiency). I'm still feeling good, energy good, sleep ok, and because these enzymes seem to have reduced my cravings for junk food & increased my stamina, I lost 15 pounds & didn't even know it. About a lb a month is hard to spot, but there it is! I tried a couple other system enzymes & it was a no-go. Sticking with what works!I see negative reviews, think it might be people who are younger with more naturally produced enzymes or perhaps medications interfering. Just guessing. I'm taking these enzymes for the duration!

I like this product so far because I noticed the swelling in my ankles and hands go away. I have no medical diagnosis that should cause that. I know I have inflammation d/t Celiac and other autoimmunity. I suspect gut biofilm and that is what made me research and find this highly recommended product. It gives me stomach issues and diarrhea but I am aware that this will pass. I just adjusted the dosage and will titrate up. This has worked well. I don't get bloated nearly what I used to. I know the healing will take a long time due to gut issues. But this has definitely helped with swelling and bloating for sure. I've been trying to figure out what will work for a long time, this so far is the only thing that has worked for my bloating and swelling. I'm a 13 year nurse and study nutrition, haven't seen a product that has worked like this yet. So, thanks!
