Bells Menthol Crystals, 5 g

I had a blocked nose and couldn't breath properly, and someone mentioned I should try menthol crystals, I remember when I was young breathing something and it was helpful, but can't recall what they was, so knew that breathing something in could potentially help. One thing I need to stress that others have said in reviews, these are strong. You only need a little bit, its better to add more if need be than waste it as you have used to much. You get a small tub with a number of crystals in it, I broke the crystal shard in half and that was still strong, so I will next time use even less. I found that straight away I could breath so much easier, and I used this for a few minutes of just normal breathing, and my lungs/chest started to feel more comfortable and I found breathing was not a chore and I was no longer weezing. The good thing about these as its menthol the smell isn't horrendous, too much and its a chore, it tends to burn, well maybe burn isn't the right word, but its unpleasant. So use a small amount and you will find this very effective as it has been for me. I didn't know menthol was made from pepermint, that's me being blonde lol but that will explain why its so effective so is going to be excellent for chest infections and so on at easing them

They are very strong if you use a full crystal, but they can be broken in half very easily. The tub is smaller than I thought it would be. They smell strong, but they are very effective. They are cheap enough

Have used for many years and have always found useful and exceptionally helpful when breathing is difficult also when nasal congestion is apparent, preferable to using tablets all the time.

These are amazing. BEWARE however, that you only need one or two crystals. The first time my husband put too many into the container and the whole house enjoyed the aroma. They are better used with an inhaler (bought cheaply from your local shop). They clear the head really well - much better than anything else we have used over the last 40 years or so - and are much cheaper. If you have got blocked sinuses, cold or anthing else then these are the things to get.

So if you're one of those people that uses 2 cups of fabric conditioner instead of one etc...less is definitely more with this bad boy...too much and it burns your eye sockets and nasal passages like something out of a marvel film. Apart from that it does the job. 5g is a teeny package but it packs a mighty punch up the nostrels. Clearer than the M25. Need to see if ongoing use cures my chronic synititus.

So well packaged it took a few minutes to get into the product. Was required as soon as delivered. You need a very small amount of crystals in the boiling water as they are strong, only four or five pieces per session needed, therefore should last a long time. It took me less than 5 minutes to breath easy again. Great product would highly recommend.

Great! I have sinus problems and it really works in a vapour inhaler. It's very long lasting as you only need a tiny amount. The first time I tried it I put in too much and it almost blew my head off! It's so powerful that I thought of trying it as a cat repellent. Luckily I checked online first, as it seems that cats are actually attracted by menthol!

These menthol crystals are absolutely brilliant, just a small amount in a bowl of warm/hot water, deep breathes and your nose will soon clear, allowing you to breathe more easily. Not only does it clear your nose it fills the room with a lovely menthol aroma which can last a while. Would highly recommend. Do not put in the bath as this can cause irritation.!
