Awesome Box
The package has weight on it seems durable, came with key tags so tou dont have to buy them. You have to install the lock which is very easy. Would recommend!

Came locked
The lock mechanism won't turn. It is stuck in one position and I couldn't move the A B switch either. I tried everything and it just won't move. Amazon is sending a replacement, if that one works better I will change the rating. There was also no way to get support online, or anywhere obvious.

Great follow up great product.
I had trouble getting lock working. Company was awesome in replying quickly and helping. Turns out it was an issue with how I had my iPhone setup but they were helpful and fast replying to assist. Highly recommend their products. Love the remote access and tracking of the key box.

Sturdy, well made product.
Easy to mount on wall. Easily programmed security code.

Don't buy it
After three months the locking mechanism could no longer be unlocked with the code or app. Had to be unlocked with the key, making the product useless. Could not talk to (find is the more accurate term) to customer support.

I purchased this key box for our property managers of our new 116 unit Apt project. I love the Bluetooth access and one time pass codes.
