To answer your question though , you're phone can still be located by cel towers even when it is turn off and it can be ping'd by police . From what I've heard the bag does not work . Could not start my car unless the fob was outside the bag. **Q: Will a samsung galaxy s9 + fit? the + is different than the s9.** A: This bag did not work. My phone, a large iPhone, rang while completely encased in this bag/envelope **Q: Can anyone tell me if this will fit a iphone x with a pop socket (roughly 3/4" thick)?** A: No phone with a pop socket would fit.
