My co-workers noticed a significant increase in my sound quality. The noise cancelation must work since no one can hear the rooster crow in the background. The usb-c is a solid connection and works seamless with my HP laptop. The mute, hook, and volume buttons work well with Teams and Zoom. The visual red light to indicate mute is very handy, no more looking for the window to mute/un-mute myself.
