Excellent product

I don't like the product. It was told that frankincence is same as loban or sambrani (Tamil). but the smell is not nice. feeling knowingly cheated.

This is the second time I am buying this brand. This time it's some resin in a bag labelled as frankincense. It's odd smell and smoke is something we cannot stand.The first time I had bought it, it genuinely smelled frankincense. That's the reason to buy it second time without trying any other brand. But I am so disappointed as this time it's odour is so strange, NOTHING like frankincense. If from the brand or seller someone reads, please check your product.
