Good value, does the job.
Pretty good suction, the fishtail is smooth to use, the suction hose / fishtail / water trigger feels like it could break if dropped or if stored where cold weather could make it brittle.I won’t be using the handle to lift (grab machine at base) as the two hinges that hold the top down / handle look a bit flimsy.Easy to fill / empty dirty / clean water, Spray not too over the top seems to be more of a mist then soaking fabric (hand fishtail).it was a choice between the Valet-Pro / Karcher Puzzi. Went for the Pro-Valet as over £100 cheaper for like for like.Been a valeter by trade I go through equipment pretty fast and with most shampooing machines no matter the cost the first thing to go is the water feed pump, second generally the fishtail trigger, third the water feed pipe.If you treat them with care and store where the cold weather can’t damage They last longer but above 3 points will happen on most machines if using day in / out.— UPDATE —After using for over a year the water feed connector does not always seal. The hose could be a little softer, plus the trigger / fishtale would be better if it was shorter.

Just got it, very happy so far.
As far as I could see, the price was cheaper than other products I thought were valid comparisons. I was apprehensive about this unfamiliar thing, but in fact it was so easy, there was no need. It turned up promptly, please with that. My sofa was the reason I thought about it ; very happy with results. Big enough for carpet too. I like the tank style and good swivelling wheels. It looks and feels robust, but I am a careful occasional user, so my view may not.be most important. I am glad I bought it and it deserves a valuable place in my cupboard. I used it with upholstery/ carpet cleaner from Crown Supplies, my comments about results needs to include that information for completeness. It is an unknown brand to me, so I was very much guided by reviews.

Poor quality, terrible customer service and non existent warranty!
Purchased this product as an upgrade and all was well initially.Fast forward a few months and there isn't much that still works as it should!Plastic clips on the hose have snapped, water/solution leaks from the quick connect coupler, narrow upholstery tool has began to separate and has a tendency to snag. The top cover/lid has very brittle plastic, resulting in it cracking round the compartment seal which makes it vibrate when in use and is super noisy.Initially went to source new parts which amount to near enough the cost of a new machine. I noticed that i had only purchased the machine around 6 month previous so enquired about the warranty and was asked to provide pictures.Pictures sent and reply was blunt. Nothing covered under warranty as apparently "the machine looked as though its had a hard life".I purchased the item to make my job easier and attain better results, not to sit on a shelf and look good.As this machine was much more expensive than my first machine i did expect a lot better. Now unsure whether or not to purchase the spares or just cut my losses and bin it!All in a rather poor item backed up by poor customer service and a warranty that's not worth the paper its written on.Save yourself the hassle and buy something else!!!

Just buy it - read my novel below
Like buying most things online, it's difficult to find a review that makes you purchase it without having to read another 100 reviews first. I'll try and help with that. For me I was looking for a machine that cleans car interiors that is in between your typical argos / currys pc world cheap machine and a £2500 jaguar cub that fits in my motor. I think this is it.This machine is far superior to a rug doctor, George etc and for me a better all rounder than the karcher puzzi 10/1 (not even considering the £550 - £700 price tag!!) However this doesn't mean you'll suddenly be able to start an upholstery cleaning business. The machine is similar to George in weight, but isn't a huge problem. Lots of reviews about the casing, hand tool and hose 'feeling' flimsy, but unless you're an angry cleaner the size of John Cena there won't be any problems. The fluid tanks are more than adequate, regardless of size I'll refill several times anyway. To refill all you have to do is un clip both sides, pull out containers, empty, refill in about a minute. The containers pull straight out, whilst being more than secure while in use.The liquid sprays at a rate of 4 bar out of the nose, compared to the miserable 1 bar of the karcher puzzi. Not a deal breaker but makes a difference in my opinion when flushing out solution. I pre spray my chemicals with a separate hand pump sprayer, then use clean water to pump onto the seats and extract, this dilutes the product making it easier to extract. Better than overflowing the seat with solution leaving stains, along with having to flush out the hose feed where solution has congealed causing a block. The suction is more than adequate, but don't expect the water to run clean after 1 pass. This will obviously depend on how dirty it is and most importantly the preparation you do - using the right chemical, agitating the dirt (if you're unsure buy an upholstery drill brush, best purchase ever). Sometimes you will need to go over it several times, you'll be surprised how much cr4p even a clean looking seat has. This also has a nice surprise of a small defoamer tank that will release tiny amounts as you are extracting. IMPORTANT - without a defoamer, the waste water tank will foam potentially getting into places it shouldn't do. I found that out when my George would foam through the head, not good when the motor is there.Very lastly, replacement parts are available at a reasonable price compared with the extortionate prices of say, the puzzi 10/1, directly from equipmart.Very very lastly, this is my honest opinion of my experience with different machines and companies, I'm not affiliated with anyone, I simply enjoy cleaning and getting the most for my money and try to help people in the process.4 stars as I've only used it once. I can't see how I won't be upgrading this to 5 once I use it a few more times.Price has just popped up, if you want to save a few quid buy from their website directly.Hope this helps.

Would highly recommend this great little machine
Nothing to dislike about this amazing carpet cleaner . Easy to use and amazing suction power, leaving the carpet just damp.Worth the price paid.
