I love this bag. I bought this one to replace a backpack that I purchased in 2017 for more than 300.00 the zipper broke and the refunded me. I was very particular about the replacement bag. This one did the trick. Lots of compartments , lightweight and the zippers are smooth. Excellent backpack.

This is a little bit smaller than I imagined, but it is still roomy inside.I like the feel of the material... to me it's like a lightly rubberized canvas.The zippers feel sturdy and slide pretty smoothly. There are a lot of them! So it took a bit to learn them all.The side pockets look nice, rather than just having mesh bottle holders hanging out, but they may as well have one in each side pocket instead of just one.I like the "hard" shell on the top pocket. It doesn't seem as roomy as it looks on the product page, but I like it. I would like the key clip inside to be a little more rugged. It's fine, but just a beefier clip and metal ring would remove my wondering how long it's going to last.It's a very nice-looking backpack, and comfortable as well. One of the first things I wondered why they did it that was is the handle on the top. It's just a strip of plastic with no padding whatsoever. All my packs have had padding there and it makes it more comfortable, so I wasn't sure why they went with that.I really like the ability to expand the main compartment; it makes a big difference in capacity as far as being able to fit what I want to in there for short trips.For the price there are just a few things I'd change. A little more padding in the shoulder straps, carrying handle, and tablet pocket; make the key clip and charging port door sturdier... not too much because it IS a nice pack, and I like the feel, colors, design, etc., I just think the price deserves a little more.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

It’s a good bag strong and hard

I use this backpack every day, in the 33L format. I keep my 14" laptop in it, my tablet with keyboard case, power brick, surge protector, and even a mechanical keyboard and trackball mouse.The straps are wide and cushioned, making it extremely comfortable on the shoulders. I've had quite a few backpacks in my time, and this is by far the most comfortable I've ever had.I've also taken it as a clothes and miscellaneous bag on a camping trip, and it was great for this purpose. I unzipped the sides to expand it from 33L mode to 45L mode so I could fit more clothes inside. It also made for a good carry-on when flying across the country.The build quality is very good, and the zipper design is nice because the main (biggest) compartment unzips ALL the way, so you can lay the bag flat on it's back and have the front zipped all the way open 180 degrees with the back. The top compartment seems to be armored and should protect things that you don't want to get damaged if the backpack gets thrown around or otherwise abused. This is nice for an expensive computer mouse in my case.The only thing that bothers me is that I've tried to use the USB-C port, but the outside-facing port is aligned so that my USB-C cables can't plug into it... it's too close to the edge, so the plastic around the head of my cables can't clear the backpack's port. I've tried a few. I guess I have to find a USB-C cable that has a slimline connector. I'm not detracting a star for this, however, because the backpack shines in so many other areas, and I can deal with this minor and very infrequent inconvenience.In my opinion the backpack looks professional and expensive. It's something I happily use at business conferences and meetings. But I like that it's rugged, so it's also appropriate to take into the great outdoors.The last point is value. At the time of this review, the seller is asking $72.99 and offering a 10% coupon. This is not an inexpensive backpack. That said, I believe it is appropriately priced for the quality of materials, versatile design, feature set, great appearance, and comfort.
