Even as a Dude, this is great stuff. Love the desert smells of Juniper and Sage. So having this soap at home is wonderful - I get to enjoy the smells of White Sage any time I wish. Cleans easily, rinses clean and it's concentrated just enough to make the bottle last.

My only complaint with juniper ridge soap is that the aroma doesn't linger on me longer. cleans your body, smells natural and clean, I will be ordering more

I purchased the Christmas for scent, and this smelled awful. It smelled nothing like balsam for. If it smelled like pine sol I could've gotten behind it as a hand soap, but it had a very sharp smell that finished with a strange artificial smell almost like bubble gum. Very weird and unpleasant smell.

I use this in my outdoor shower when I rinse off after working on my property. A little goes a long way and it makes a thick lather for a really cleansing scrub down. It rinses cleanly with fine sprayer. The scent is nice, which I don’t find objectionable like other reviewers. It’s everything I could ask for and worth the cost.

The smell is unquestionably...unique. I don't have a problem with the scent but I can imagine some people would if they're not prepared for how earthy and musky it is. Go into the forest, bend down, and scoop up a handful of the forest floor. Yep, that's exactly it. That's the smell. In theory, this might sound lovely, and by other perfumeries, there might be an artful way of portraying that scent, but this is an incredibly LITERAL translation. I like it, I don't love it, and I am fine with the fact I took a chance by ordering a scented product without trying it first, so I won't take off any stars for the scent.I'm giving it three stars for these reasons: it doesn't last past the shower, and it takes a lot to get clean. Those are issues considering the price point and size. The scent does not linger AT ALL, which is disappointing given how strong and quirky it is at first. Alternatively, it takes a lot to get it to lather up and make you feel like it actually cleaned anything, so I went through this bottle very quickly, too quickly for me to purchase it again.So, if you:- Like unique, literal earthy smells- Like something subtle that won't linger after you wash- Don't mind having to buy it frequentlyThis might be for you. But it is definitely an acquired taste.

I bought this not realizing it was castile soap. I don't typically use bar or castile soaps because of the residue they leave on my skin. The first ingredient here is coconut oil, & more than anything, my skin feels moisturized after use. Lightly oiled.I wanted something that had a distinct natural wood scent, & after reading the reviews (someone said it smells like moldy wood lol) I knew I'd love this. It's definitely a strong, natural scent. My partner says it smells like the lumber aisle of home depot. Both me & bathroom smell like wood for a good while after I shower. This was exactly what I was going for.-1 star bc the texture takes a little getting used to, but otherwise, I love the stuff so far.

Feels super nice and smells amazing! Price did seem a little high for amount of product but overall happy.

I was gifted the costal pine body wash and had to repurchase when it ran out because of how good it smells. Makes me feel like I’m in a fancy spa or an outdoor shower in the woods. My boyfriend loves it too. Lathers great and leaves my skin feeling clean without residue.
