I like the fact that the small capsules target 4 different areas and are super easy to swallow.It didn't take long as I started to see improvement in my skin, reducing fine lines. It also seems to benefit my joints and help my digestion. Not sure how its effect is on my eyes as I haven't noticed a significant difference. But I might have to use it a bit longer. I’ve been using this product for about a month. So far the product has been effective. My nails are growing quickly, my knees aren’t hurting as much and my hair isn’t shedding as much either.
