The Tantric Dakini Oracle

Underrated not airy fairy like popular oracles. Only complaint cards are thin

Initial delivery failed. Polite communication resolved. Item delivered eventually with refund offered. The dakini oracle surprised me, included deck as well as paperback. Really interesting deck with great quality and I would recommend to beginners. A great first deck. Images representative of the time they were designed in.

I own a copy of this deck that I modified by cutting off the borders, and I ordered a new copy to have an unmodified version. However, they've now changed the cardstock to the flimsiest, thinnest, most disappointing 'cardstock' I’ve ever encountered. It barely even qualifies as cardstock in my opinion, and I’m not usually picky about this sort of thing. It feels like an absolute joke, and I can't imagine anyone who wouldn’t be disappointed by the current quality of this deck.My modified deck also has the new font, so I’m not comparing it to the original version. This is unfortunate because the art and concept of the deck are beautiful. If you’re considering buying it, try to find an older version—the current cardstock is a real letdown. I returned it immediately.

First of all I read their books and I AM a fan. However I bought this deck thinking it is a , what it says, Dakini Oracle, expecting tantric wisdom, I am vajrayana trained myself. Instead, it is a new agey mixed with Egyptian, Sumerian, Greek and little Buddhist wisdom oracle. Not what I was expecting, and frankly the quality of the cards is abysmal. The oracle itself is interesting, giving great answers, but again, should not be called Dakini oracle' or it should have a more clear and extensive description. Also the writers shouldn’t equate some oracle cards with Tarot cards, for example the Charnel grounds with 7. Really? 7? All in all not the best.
