This item was received poorly wrapped in plastic wrap, no box or tags to indicate newness. Gave the impression of having been purchased by someone else but returned to customer service, and I can see why. Light works but "breathing" and music feature does not work as indicated on video. "Breathing" sounds more like a disturbing, intermittent growl, and the music cuts on and off throughout whatever song is attempting to play. The motor or whatever drives this feature appears to be struggling, "on it's last leg". Nothing soothing about this at all. Very disappointed in this product.

The mechanism is a bit loud but the music makes up for it. It has been wonderful for my 9 year old son who has anxiety.

The media could not be loaded. I got this for my daughter who deals with anxiety and it was pointless. It came ripped and it stopped working within a week. She fell in love with it but it is sad that as I just read all the reviews it seems like a lot of people are having the same problem with this product. They really need to refund or replace these items for the people who have had the same problem. They should consider taken it off the market.

I think the bunny is very cute I love what it does. But having the plastic eyes is not a good thing for small children. I had to warn the two parents that I bought them for that if somebody can take the plastic eyes out and put felt eyes in it would work. Or just keep it out of the children's hands which is sad

Bought for the baby and when you turn it on within 5 minutes it smells like it's burning or about to catch on fire! This is the third one I bought I will not buy another one waste of money and dangerous! They love them if they would work properly. She cried because the first one stopped working so I bought another one that went smell like it was burning bought a third one and it quit working also.
