Product comes ripped
Disappointed and bad quality. I’ve ordered this TWICE and both times it has come with holes in it. Thought it would just be a one time fluke but seeing other reviews and getting mine replaced again with another damaged product is frustrating.

Lightweight and Easy to Install
I purchased the hardwired version of this lantern after searching far and wide on the interwebs. This is definitely the best bang for your buck! I am a 29 yo female with zero home improvement skills but I installed it all by myself after watching a YouTube video. Super cute & gives Japan vibes.

Cool lamp but with uncool orange stain
Overall very happy with this lamp but my lantern had like this orange dye stain on it that I feel for $80 is unacceptable a product that's main aesthetic is the paper itself. Please see the attached:

Has a few holes
UPDATE:Seller fixed all my issues. They shipped me a new light without me having to return the defective one.They also updated the way they pack the lamp so you should not have an issue with the paper shade getting punctured.First of all I love the light, I waited almost 2 weeks for it to come in, but unfortunately it came with a few holes in the paper shade.I seen other reviews have the same problem so I took the gamble and I'm too impatient to send it back. I'll figure a way out to patch the holes or just keep the holes toward the back out of sight.I'm hesitant to order another one for my daughter's room due to the inconvenience of returning it since I already had it ready to install before installing the shade.

Great customer service
This lantern came ripped and customer service sent me a new lantern free of charge!! Very reaponsive. These are delicate so they must be handled with care. Some delivery drivers are not as caring as others.
