Great idea, but poor execution
I like the idea of this, being able to separate your powder and supplements for easy grab and go... but the way the parts fit together is pretty poor. They are all thin plastic and screw together, but they can be easily over tightened and they aren't very secure. The mixing insert is also not user friendly and difficult to clean. It doesn't really provide a good clean mix either.

Well Made, Mixes Really Well
This is a great shaker - I'm not sure I need *all* of the extra compartments that come with it, but I'll definitely make use of one.The mixer works well too - as well as a traditional ball mixer, but because it's less 3 dimensional, I found it easier to wash off afterwards, where there were a couple of small globs which weren't 100% mixed. However, when I drank from it, the protein powder was all mixed, and I didn't get any lumps.
