Product Description Based on a treasured old village recipe from Cullen ten miles from our home we remain loyal to our roots by ensuring that all the ingredients are sourced from the best local suppliers. The finest smoked haddock is specially selected from a traditional smokehouse and combined with potatoes, onions and fresh double cream to make this special soup. To avoid local rivalry we don't dwell on the improvements Baxters made to the recipe. Ingredients Water, Potatoes (18%), Smoked Haddock (17%), Onions (7%), Double Cream (5%), Skimmed Milk Powder, Modified Cornflour, Salt, Butterfat, Wheatflour, Stabiliser (Polyphosphates), Parsley, Black Pepper, Spice Extracts.

Traditional Recipe
Grand mother of a friend used to serve this to acclaim. Decided to try it and found a source on Amazon that will ship to US. Most enjoyable. Why not five stars? That reserved for the queen of Baxter soups: Lobster Bisque.

The packaging was perfect but the tins look like someone has been playing football with them. Not a single un damaged tin

These tins of Cullen Skink took me back to holidays in Scotland that are no longer possible because of the pandemic, Excellent!!!!

Great soup
Looked in several supermarkets for this soup but found none on the shelves. By chance checked Amazon and had 6 cans delivered the next day and a competitive price. Really good soup.

This is a quality soup, rich,creamy and delicious! enough in the can for a good meal, my favourite soup, ( clam chowder runs a close second though! )
