I was pleasantly surprised with this product. Didn’t really expect much to be honest. But it works! I’ve had it the last 3 nights and I’ve slept wonderfully. I wish it had a more chocolate flavor but it’s easy to doctor up with additional cocoa powder. I do add cream to it as well. Definitely needs to be mixed with a frother because it takes a moment to fully incorporate. But this is a great product.

I bought it without a great faith, but has surprise me! I love it and it works, the taste is delicious and 30 min later I sleep like a baby without feeling lethargic at morning. I was suffering from insomnia for a long time but don’t want to take any medicine to create a dependency. I’m very satisfied with the results of RIZE MUSHROOM HOT COCOA!!!!!!

Love this! Ryze Cocoa mixes well with warm milk and it tastes great. I’m a very light sleeper, and this has enabled me to sleep through the night in nice, deep sleep. I mix Ryze with Nestle Quick, Hershey Cocoa and warm/hot milk.

The only reason I am getting a full nights sleep. I am in menopause and sleeping is an issue. My gyno recommended this and I am so glad she did. In love!

3rd night I tried it, tastes good but as far as falling sleep quicker, doesn’t work for me. My sleep scores are still in 70’s like before . I will continue to drink the rest of the bag , then if it improves my sleep , I will order more. I guess it works for people who do not have chronic severe insomnia like myself.

Love the hot cocoa flavor. Didn't help with sleep, but enjoyed. Just too expensive to keep buying every month. And a small amount in bag. Doesn't last but couple of weeks
