Arrived as expected and was relatively easy to install. Some of the bolt holes did not line up, but nothing I couldn’t make work with a little effort. Took about an hour to fully assemble and install. During the 40mph drive to the first use, the manufacturer nylon connections started to loosen. After 10 minutes in the boat at 20mph, I thought it would all come apart. Got it home and disassembled the t-top, tightened all the manufacturer connections, and retightened the user connections. Also noticed gaps around the canvas eyes, so wouldn’t expect that to last long. Second time using, the nylon fasteners at the t-top cross bars broke, and I have no way to reattach. After emailing the distributor in CA, they have informed me that there are no replacement parts available for this t-top. So my options are to buy a new one, or just go without. I’ve already thrown out the packaging, so I can’t return it. It may be ok for trolling motor speeds on a lake, and while the price may be alluring, I would not recommend this T-top.

I hope this was not made in the USA. The quality control is terrible. One of the top sides with a curve was bent outward about a quarter inch and getting the top end on took hours of bending and hammering. The cross brace for the bottom section is supposed to be cut to fit. However, getting the new hole drilled to match the original was impossible. As a result the screw would not match up with the hole for it. I had to drill the hole much larger and then the screw head went right through the hole. And to matters worse, my console slopes inward at the top and at the front. Impossible to accurately measure the width. The cross brace is a bad design. The actual size of the canvas is 52" x 62", NOT the dimensions they show in the description. Also, I was only able to install 2 of the top to console brackets as my console slopes in 2 directions. All other brackets were too short to reach.

the t top fits like a glove very sturdy has a nice size top. very easy to install..i fully recommend this top for the price.

Didn’t want to spend a grand on a $4800 boat, so here I am. Carolina Skiff 17JV required much refabricating and colorful language. Now that it is installed it looks good. Not robust, so we will be careful. I would not want a big guy using it as a grab rail in a fall situation. We retained our heavy duty grab rail on the console. Our problems were based on the configuration of our console. Cut the t-top down in height by 4” and had to narrow it up also to make it fit, but served our needs better than a conventional bimini.

Looks good and very sturdy definitely recommend this product for the price you can't beat it

The top arrived in a lot of pieces but only took about 2 hrs to install. The aluminum frame work is pretty solid and the plastics used are of decent quality. By no means is this a $1700 t-top but it serves the purpose and is affordable. I had to cut down a few of the main tubes to fit my boat but I think it turned out well. If installed correctly it's very solid. For the price...I'd recommend it :) I'd take it over a bimini top any day.

easy to put together and simple directions. I had to modify slightly to correct for the seat back cushion on the front of my console..the cross bar is at about 30" high.

The product is as described. It works perfectly. Had à problem with the contents of the package. Customer service responded immediately and rectified the problem. I would highly recommend this product..
