Does your dried cheese contain phthalates?

Don't know, but if it's not on the label, probably not. Can't be more help...all my boxes have been eaten.

What is fiber amount?

2 grams, 7%. I buy it because it tastes better than the blue box, is creamier, and it doesn't seem to have the high salt content. But hey, it's mac and cheese, and doesn't claim to be an alternative for healthy eating habits. Then again, as the occasional guilty pleasure, it seems to be much healthier alternative to the more popular option.

How many servings can one box make?

I make 2 boxes at a time for my 4 and 2 year old and together they eat about 1.5 boxes in one sitting.

The label lists sodium phosphate, but Annie's claims there are no preservatives. Isn't this a preservative?

Uh, had to look up this one. I think the short answer is no, it's a naturally occurring salt and the phosphate appears to be natural , too. Still, it might help preserve the product. Please don't take my word for it😊

Wish you got more for money

The taste reminds me of home. I live in England now but as a kid growing up in America this was so easy to make and still is. It’s gotten more expensive over the years (I think due to import tax and inflation?) but I wish it was cheaper as you only get one big sized meal out of it or 2 if you stretch it out.
