Serves the purpose
Worked well for me, I purchased this product to lighten my lips from years of smoking damage and it’s working good for me as of now. I’ve been using this product for around 10 days now and I can see the difference clearly. Recommend product 👍🏻

Did not work for me
Did not help in reducing pigmentation. Lips went dry after using this.The smell is also unpleasant.

Product quality need to be checked
The product itself seems good and is easy to apply. However, I am disappointed with the packaging quality. After using it only 3–4 times, the nozzle/tube started getting damaged and cracked near the opening, causing product leakage. This leads to wastage and makes the tube inconvenient to use. Menarini should improve the tube and nozzle quality. The formula may be effective, but the packaging does not match the product quality
