Fiber Optic Splitter
This unit works really great. Able to connect my sound bar assembly and fiber optic headset to my TV. Highly recommend. Easy connect and operate. Older TV I use fiber optic connection, I had to program the TV to not use the internal speakers. This particular TV gave a choice between internal and fiber, but not both. Love the splitter.

Did not work
I tried using it to connect my TV to a soundbar and a headset. Neither worked with the splitter, but both worked without it.

Splitter. It works!
In use for a week. So far, so good. Allows me to connect a bluetooth transmitter to my semi- start tv (actually it's smarter than I am) and also to run my sound bar on the optic cable. This cuts down on the lag between video and audio on the screen. It is basically plug and play but does require a power supply. So far, I am very satisfied.
