This is indeed a Joey 3.0 HOWEVER:It came packed in a padded envelope, not in a box.It is a used, refurbished unit, which is NOT stated on AmazonIt is a bare replacement unit, meaning it has nothing but the box and a used power supply. No remote, no setup guide, no cables, no nothing else.The description obviously needs some improvement.

Small footprint, too bad we can't use them
Went through 3 new Hoppers, none of them worked so we returned these have have no comment except we like the small footprint.

Joey3 is NOT wireless, return expired.
Can’t use because it’s NOT wireless, I feel cheated.

Just replaced my Joey 3.0 for the 3rd time, the second Joey was purchased Jan 2019. Lasted only 6 months.

Just Had DishTV come out last week and exchange my Joey's 2.0 for the New and improved Joey 3.0 WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Now Netflix comes up faster and when you exit Netflix Live TV comes up Very Quickly. I suggest anyone having issues with Netflix Staying on or waiting for Live TV should Call Dish and take out the 2.0 joeys and exchange them. I would have given it 5 stars, but have only had them in my home for 5 days.
