Well, well a supplement that actually works.
So far, so good, my mental clarity is stabilising, and I feel better in myself. I bought NAC as a detox, but didn't realise at the time how good it is for you. Fair warning: there's a bit of a whiff when you first open them, but the desperation kicks in, and your body says, take no notice and get it down your neck! Sleep has also improved; that has to count for something. I've only been on them for a week, and I've had two nights of extended sleep. It's a benefit I didn't expect, but I'll take it. I have sinusitis, it's improving, I'd say. If someone has recommended you take NAC, this is the one for you. Good luck, supplement buddies!!

Finally found a ‘clean’ supplement!
For a long time, I was reluctant to take anti-oxidants with way too many additives until I found this brand ! Would absolutely recommend !

Useful antioxidant stack
I've been taking NAC for a while now and do feel it's a worthwhile addition to a supplement routine. I was particularly impressed by this one offering a range of other antioxidants in a stack. NAC, Selenium, ALA, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E, l. They are standard (vegan friendly) gel caps, on the larger side, but still easy to swallow with no noticeable taste, though they do have quite a strong smell but that's not uncommon in supplements and doesn't really bother me. 120 capsules at one per day so it's a four month supply for £16.97 so pretty reasonably priced too. The packaging and capsules do give the impression of good quality, and I do feel they're a quality product which I'm happy to include in my daily routine. As I was already taking NAC before reviewing these I can't say I noted any significant difference after starting with them, but also I'm happy to report no side effects. Happy to recommend..
