Affective from day one of taking it in the night. Stomach Cramps in the morning. You have to be at home when doing this cleanse but yeahh defiantly worth it.Had to slow down after day 4, of just taking one capsule in the evening around 8pm, because I was going early morning and felt like I couldn’t have excreted anymore. Who knows. Stomach was drastically less bloated.Don’t fall for the hype getting the T*kT*k one when this is cheaper and works just the same !

Well this works! I started on the advised one capsule a day for the first 4 days and started getting ‘the feeling’ a couple of hours into my day then whoosh! Cleared! Very loose indeed. On the 5th day I upped the dose to 2 capsules and the following morning I went before work, an hour into work very urgently and then again an hour later. My stomach feels flatter and much less bloated. On both the 2nd and 3rd days of the 2 capsule dose, it was preceded by stabbing pains and a severe ‘emptying’ - the first day like thick chocolate mousse, the next day more watery. I have since missed a day and reverted to the single capsule dose which is fine for me. It does say 1-2 capsules per day so you have to find the balance like I did but it definitely works and I feel so much better for it.

I have used various colon cleanses before but I highly recommend this product. I have been struggling with bloating and this cleanse has really helped. The first night I took one tablet but nothing happened. Took two after that and it worked. Some cramping but nothing too serious. I will finish the course.

I was sceptical about using these but I had those quashed after using these. I needed a clear out and decided to take these around 7am just to see how long before they started to work. I took 2 and about 3 hours later I felt something going on in my stomach, it wasnt too much pain but it was uncomfortable. Then about an hour later that's when I felt the need to go to the toilet. And then roughly every half hour for a few hours afterwards. Suffice to say Johnny Cash Ring of Fire came into my head.I can't do this for 15 days straight, but once a week to have a bit of a clear out, as long as youre not going anywhere that day!I will buy these again, they help better than laxatives.

What can I say…..My digestive system works like good old Royal Mail. Nothing for days and days and then everything comes flying out of the letter box. Decided to give these a try as senna just wasn’t producing the required results.I started off with two capsules and the very next day I had three rather explosive sessions on the throne. I continued for the first week on 2 a day to ensure that I got rid of any backlog as my guts get jammed up like London traffic when just stop oil are protesting. Everyday I had either 2 or 3 good sessions. The only drawback was that for that week I was getting pretty bad cramps which for me is normally a sign that I’m about to give up the goods, but the vast majority of these just ended up as gaseous back fires which caused great alarm and distress to my dogs!!Second week I reduced to one capsule each night, been having the same great results but with less cramping. My love puffs now have a very distinct aroma to them, which the Mrs isn’t really enjoying but I’ve managed to blame the dog on most occasions. Personally I don’t mind my own brew and the infusion with the sandalwood air freshener in the bathroom make an almost pleasant aroma.Don’t expect any of your old dinners to reappear with much substance, I’ve not had a good porcelain smasher for a while. Expect consistency of Chocolate Angel delight, just a bit warmer and be prepared for some ungodly updrafts from the toilet whilst in delivery. On the whole though I highly recommend these, for me anyway they have certainly got things moving at a high rate of speed. I will see how I get on now but the first sign of my bowels going back to British Airways style delays I will be reaching for another batch of these. Good luck all 👌

After reading good reviews on the colon detox cleanse I decided to try these👍I took my 1st one last night (11th July)@10.20 pm,and by 11.40 pm I needed a visit to the loo,luckily that was just a normal bowel movement and nothing major I then slept and woke up at 7.55 am and thought to myself ‘I bet these don’t work for me’,how I was wrong as within the next 5 mins I had a toilet seat for the next 5 mins and boy did I feel debloated afterwards,fast forward 25 mins and I had another toilet visit😂I jumped on the scales and they’ve gone down 3lbI use to take Exlax chocolate years ago and got stomach cramps with that,but with these tablets and didn’t have any,but it wouldn’t bother me if I did as they aren’t painful at all👍I’m going to take 1 tablet each day and see how I get on as I like a challenge lol,not sure how many days I’ll cope by doing this but hey ho 😂I would recommend these,but just make sure you aren’t going anywhere and your quite near a toilet as you never know when the bowels are going to burst😂

Work well. But omg it gave me the most painful cramps that would literally bring me to tears sometimes. Hence the lower rating as it does the job 💩wise. If you get the product make sure you drink lots and lots of water.

I read the reviews before trying these so I knew what I was getting myself into. When I was on the 1 tablet it was fine, yes I went to the toilet alot more than I usually would but when I went onto 2 tablets that's when I started to suffer. The first one of the day is fine then comes the stomach cramps and you needing the toilet every 5 minutes. Im not saying its the same for everyone however my stomach cramps last all day and when I eat anything I have to have a toilet close by. It has sorted my bloating out and yes it has made me lose weight however the constant stomach cramps is makinf me question if I want to continue or not
