She's a bright one! It's zaps the dust off the moths in my garage. Works great! I hope it lasts longer than the cheap ones I've been using (Black and Decker, I'm looking at you). I appreciate the longer power cord. I do wish there was a light sensor to save energy and bulb life when the lights are on.

This thing works amazingly! I'm a travel nurse and live out of my RV most of the time, it's great except in the summer we always have a ridiculous amount of flies and gnats. Recently, it got bad enough that I was struggling to sleep from the buzzing and feeling of flies landing on me. Ordered this bad boy and 24 hours later, not a single bug is left!!! I am completely amazed at how efficient this lil zapper is! We have limited power and limited space in the RV, but this thing suits our needs perfectly.

Very effective for the price, I place it high in my living room and every night this summer, there has always been a very zaps. Very happy with this bug zapper! You can twist the bottom and the catcher can released, making cleaning easy. Looks sleek and absolute quiet, despite being a generic brand, it works great as its super bright at night.

The unit works very good. The case is nice and sturdy and in one week we had hundreds of mosquitos zapped. I don't see any wasps/hornets in the tray as advertised would be killed. The brush could be a little sturdier as it is hard to brush between the frame to get the dead bugs to drop in the tray but all in all this is a good unit.

The flies have been so bad the past two years we were in a constant battle until we bought two of these zappers. Wow! I set one outside next to the door that leads to our back porch (where most of the flies/bugs slip through). It's done an amazing job of keeping us comfortable outdoors as well as indoors. The second I set on the sill of a bump out window over the kitchen sink where most flies seem to end up. Either way, they were all gone in mere hours and I even unplugged the lamp after 24 hours. I'll plug it back in when and if more flies appear. The bottom line is these zappers work well and aren't noisy or nasty. Little bug carcasses essentially disappear though now and then I find some tiny black flecks reminiscent of pepper near the bottom of the kitchen zapper. The soft blue light it gives off is not obtrusive, but clearly draws insects. The only thing I would like to see changed is the length of the cord. I'd love to hang the outdoor unti from the porch cover, but the cord is just too short to do it without an extension.

I bought this as mosquitos and bees kept making their way into my house. We have a screened in porch and screens but despite that, we somehow would still get the bugs. I set it up just putting it on top of my printer. I plugged it in not thinking it would make a difference but remembering as a child how we had a bug zapper outside and it would kill all sorts of bugs in my yard. Well it has made a huuuuge difference. Before it arrived, I was getting eaten alive in my living room by mosquitos. Now we can leave our lights on, watch tv and enjoy our living room with the windows and screened in porch door open and if I even see a mosquito, I know within seconds I'm going to hear a lovely zap sound which means it has been killed. Gone are the days of me being covered in bites. It worked so well we even bought one for the screened in porch itself. Definitely recommend this for anyone who has an indoor mosquito problem!

We were looking for some type of bug zapper to let us enjoy our back deck during the summer. This is easy to install right out of the box just plug it up. We leave it running 24 hours a day and it works great. Excellent price.

I just got it out of the box and hooked up an hour ago. Seems to not draw them in until about an hour passes.I've done literally everything short of yard spraying my mom's studios apartment. While she was gone for a month, I took it over and it's lovely but shaded with low trees and ivy. Aka, mosquito central. I've even come to her door sprayed up in Cutter each time. No bites but they get in by twos and threes and that alone is enough to give me anxiety.I have sugar blood to these things. I've had nine bites at one time once! The fear is real. I've been wanting to buy a zapper for the longest time and this seems like the perfect time. This one seems to have good quality, light weight, so easy to figure out, no sound (except death noises) no broken glass, the grail surrounding this thing seems to protect fingers really well. Crazy bright.I heard the proof myself when death came to those bugs. Probably a good idea to turn it off early to avoid killing local bees when put outside.
