Lovely office chair. Very good for my back and the massage function is very good too. Great purchase

This is a 1yr review of this product and what seemed great at first quickly turned to more negatives. So first couple months chair fine then started to feel the vibration motors protruding though materials in the thighs and upper back. The chair was then unusable due to discomfort. I decided to take chair base and back apart to strip out the vibration motors and found that the moulded foam that states on their website and description is not one piece moulded but just compressed foam. So this looks like reclaimed foam along with the board which also looks like reclaimed scrap. The metal frame for the chair is basically wrapped with pool noodles to give it the shape with minimal padding material. I rebuilt the chair without the vibration motors and was once again usable but again after a while with the cheap padding became unusable. The stitches are coming apart on armrests and padding is completely flat in places like the seat base. I don't like to leave bad reviews but feel this is bad advertising about this product. If you claim to have certain materials in your product then please use them and make the product worthwhile even for a sub £200 chair. Only positive I can say is the led lights are good and the lumber pillow is ok. Construction of base with castors also seems to be fair.

Comfortable

The chair worked perfectly fine. The reason for 3 star is the back of the chair had mould on which I had to spray clean but still smells musty so hoping that smell will eventually disappear. And secondly, the holes in the arms of the chair when putting the screws in do not fit as the threads are blocked and require tapping out, so have to buy a tap to clear them out

Okay for a first computer chair, not overly sturdy and not really worth the price. Was a bit of a faff about to put together.

Product came with 2 broken pieces before installation, the back piece where the top of the chair is supposed to slide into the bottom one, and also one of the screws for the armrest was just 20-30 degrees off where the armrest was supposed to be. Wouldn't assemble a chair like this ever again.
