Great starter mountain bike
Ordered this with no reviews so of course I was a little leery but I was pleasantly surprised when it came. Great looking bike, very easy to put together and well packaged. Does not come with any tools which was kind of a bummer considering now a days anything you have to put together usually comes with cheap little tools to do so. Seat is hard, I would definitely get a new one the same time you order the bike. Great bike for the price.

Waste of money
Pedal broke. The bike can't make it up any hint of a incline without the chain skipping or popping off. The gears are either too much for the chain to handle or so little its barely any power at all. I should have saved more and bought a better one now I gotta buy a better one and throw this one out.

Good product with a fair price
This is a good sturdy bicycle. Well made with an average price. The packaging could use some work. There were several scuffs and scratches from shipping.

Bent rim
Bent rim was probably due to shipping they refund my money other than that it's not a bad bike needs a different seat can't adjust the handle bars kinda low

Waste of money
Nice looking bike, but the gear system on it is just terrible, was hell to ride at all

Nice bike but….
So unfortunately my bike had an issue right out of the gate, the gear selector stripped out on the first ride, however, the company cybic was very quick to respond and fix the issue. I was struggling to determine how I wanted to rate or review them since it did have an issue right away, but after such responsiveness to fix the issue, 4 stars is a comfortable rating.
