Candy Cane Filled with Jelly Beans, 12 Pack, Ideal Christmas Candy for Stocking Stuffers, Perfect for a Sweet Christmas Celebration.

The media could not be loaded. I got these to give as gifts to some kids in my family and area at Christmas time. They arrive in a box of 12 canes, each of which is full of jelly beans. The box indicates they are made in China (see video). The box and canes do not contain any kosher or halal certification, but the ingredients are (as far as I know) kosher and halal. Just to get idea of how they taste, I opened one cane and ate the jelly beans inside. I did not have any abdominal pain or cramps or GI issues from eating such. The jelly beans were EXTREMELY sticky in terms of sticking to my teeth, and had an okay flavor. For these reasons, I strongly recommend that if you get these for kids, you ensure the kids brush their teeth or thoroughly rinse their mouths soon after consuming the jelly beans because of the extreme likelihood that the jelly bean material will be stuck to parts of their teeth. Each cane is about 10-12 inches long and has a diameter of about 3/4 of an inch. They have a perfect size to be used as stocking stuffers, but I am going to use them in gift bags and maybe also in a few stockings. I deducted one star in rating these because the nutrition information label on each cane is located right where you open it, so that opening the cane requires tearing the nutrition label. In this regard, the nutrition label operates somewhat of a safety seal to indicate the cane has not been opened. While that is a good feature and good reason for having the nutrition label where it is on each cane, I found that once it is removed it is somewhat difficult to close the cane after opening it due to remaining sticky label paper in such area, and this difficulty in closing the canes would or does essentially increase the likelihood of kids eating all of the jelly beans inside at one time (which may not be healthy). The price of this product (currently about $21 dollars at the time of this review) is okay.

Decent size, comes as pictured. Candy doesn’t seem fresh. Quite chewy.

They are going in grandchildren’s Christmas Stocking

I ordered the Christmas candy canes filled with jellybeans 12 pack for Christmas stuffers for our grandkids and leaving at least one for me to do the required taste test. The candy canes look nice and make good Christmas décor while the jellybeans are only on the mediocre side in both consistency and taste. While the beans are not bad, they are only okay.

These are a change from the ones filled with m&ms. Little ones should like them.

Taste not that great tasted old and hard.
