installed on my echo gt225 today and it fixed my problem. now it runs great. can't beat the price with everything included. install was a breeze.

Delivery was fast, job done.
Installation was thirty minutes. Off with the old and so on. My Echo started right up and reved up to full blast, then let off the throttle and went back to idle, without dying. DYI and save big bucks. YouTube has videos that take you through the tear down and install step by step. I’m very impressed with this kit. Every thing you need, with extras.

Everything you need
Had to replace the carburetor on my gas powered weed whacker and this fit the bill. It had everything I needed and the quality of the components was excellent

Ease of Installation
Overall, I was satisfied with this carburetor. The Echo trimmer started after a few pulls and ran well after installing it. The carburetor gaskets were slightly different than those I removed. This caused some issue in determining how to orient them. Also, the stopper through which the lines go into the fuel tank was VERY difficult to seat. It would have been helpful if installation instructions in general and for the stopper in specific would have been included. If this carburetor continues to function as well as it does now, I would buy other products from this vendor in the future.

An exact replacement, easy to install
How easy was this to install, 10 minutes and no cussing, rrrr. Nothing to it and the edger is running like new again.

Very Satisfied Customer
The media could not be loaded. My Echo SRM 225 sat idle for several years and was taking a lot of pulls to start. I bought this kit twice the first time was my fault I used a large adjustable wrench and ended up tightening the throttle cable to much and cracking the plastic on the carburetor (100% my fault not the product). I went ahead and bout the kit again and a 10 mm wrench on Amazon as well. It started up the first pull and hey with the first kit I still have extra parts I will definitely end up using in the future so it all worked out. I couldn't be happier.

Works well.
Installed on a SRM-225 that wouldn't run for more than two seconds. Now runs like new. Very pleased especially with the cost compared to OEM.
