Easy and fun to use.
I really like this stepper. I had ordered one but this one came out and I couldn’t resist. Now I have one at work and one at home. It’s fun to use and convenient. A little weighty to move around but it’s already assembled. The one I ordered before had to be put together.Pretty easy to use and sturdy. Fun to use when the weather doesn’t allow to go outside.Would recommend, especially for the ease of use.

It’s fine
It gets the job done, and works well. The only problem is that the stepper is really loud. It squeaks as you use it, which is problematic if you like to use it to exercise while watching television.

Works perfectly, easy to adjust, compact
I've been trying to set up a mini home gym in my mini apartment, and had the feeling that the SWITMH's Mini Stair Steppers would be a perfect inclusion for working out my legs, especially while I work, read, or watch videos online. For my review, I'll start with the questions listed on the Amazon page:1) Does it require assembly? Other than hand-screwing the adjustment handle into the body, and the (optional) snapping the resistance bands, no. It arrives pre-assembled.What do customers think of it? Speaking just for myself, I have no complaints, whatsoever. It works as I expected.Does it make much noise during use? No, it's extremely quiet. Is its resistance adjustable for different intensities? Yes, by using the adjustment handle you screw in at the beginning. Once it's in deep enough you can add resistance by turning it to the right, and reduce resistance by turning to the left. Are its pedals slip-resistant and comfortable? Slip resistant, yes, thanks to the textured surface; however, that surface may also be uncomfortable for bare feet or thin socks. Booties, thicker socks, or sneakers would be better.Storing the item is easy also. If I set the pedals at an equal height & position, the height is 5-5/8" and the length, with the knob, is about 17". My dresser has a shoe rack at the bottom; if I really need to move it off the floor, it fits easily in there. Finally, I'll address some of the complaints by other reviewers:1) "The manual is hard to read/confusing." The language is translated from Chinese, so yes, it's imperfect; however, I don't think there's really no need for instructions since there's no real assembly and the adjustment knob was intuitive/obvious. Don't be deterred; it's clear enough to get you going, and if you're still confused, watch a video.2) "There is no way to adjust the tension." As I said, the knob affects both the pedal height and the tension.3) "The pedals are made of cheap plastic." That's not true. They are made of plastic, but they don't feel cheap at all to me. That said, there is a weight limit and/or abuse tolerance level to anything, and plastic will break. There is stated two levels of weight tolerance; 220 lbs and 330 lbs. I'm about 230 lbs, and I don't feel any threat of damage when using the product.I've just begun using it and since reducing the tension to a more moderate level, I've had no problems, no complaints. Well... except maybe pink isn't my preferred color, but what can you do? Sturdy, compact, works great... total recommendation!

Great product
This is a great low impact addition to your home workout. There is no assembly as it comes in one piece, ready to go out of the box. You can easily adjust the resistance, although at first I didn't think it was doing anything. But after I tightened as much as possible and started using it, I could feel it in my thighs, so it definitely works!

Great Home Workout Equipment!
I recently purchased the Mini Stair Stepper with Resistance Bands, and I'm really impressed with its performance! This compact twist workout equipment is perfect for getting in a cardio workout at home. The pink design is cute and adds a nice touch to my workout space. The stepper is sturdy and provides a good workout for my legs and core. The resistance bands are an excellent addition, allowing me to incorporate upper body exercises as well. I also appreciate the LCD monitor, which tracks my steps and calories burned, keeping me motivated during my workouts.Overall, this mini stair stepper is a fantastic option for those looking to stay fit at home without taking up too much space. Stepper works great - counter and timer stopped working.
I've had this stepper for around a month. I use it a couple of times a week when I have lazy days and need to still get my steps in. Functionally, it works and does the job. The timer and the step counter on it often freeze or stop working all together. This doesn't bug me because I keep my phone on me as a pedometer, but this could be make or break for others.
