Silicone mini loaf pans
Great mini loaf pans. Used these to make brownies. Cooks evenly. You do have to spray them a little before baking. Great addition to my baking collection.

mini loaf pan is so convenient to cook with
This mini loaf pan is so easy to use. The loaves are so easy to remove after baking. The mini loaf pan is also very sturdy and wont twist or lose shape when putting in or taking out of oven. The silicone material is also nonstick which makes cooking so easy.

No stick & Easy clean
These are so much better than handling individual pans, though the pan/trays are a bit floppier than I'd like, though there's nothing can be done about I think because they're made of soft silicone. That's why they are nonstick and easy to clean. I got the "tiny" size, but I'd like to have gotten an intermediate size: not a full loaf, but a little bigger than this. All in al, a good value.

Easy to use and easy to clean.
I usually don't like the floppiness of silicone baking pans so I really appreciate the metal frame that helps give it some stability and ease of movement. They bake evenly, the bread removes easily, and they are easy to clean. I don't know how long the silicone will last after repeated baking and cooling but we will see. So far they are really good.I hope this helps. Thanks for reading and liking.

Cute and functional
My daughter has developed a sudden bread baking hobby. She's gotten better about coating the pans she uses, but has ruined at least one of my good loaf pans, and accidentally given away another. I decided to be proactive before I end up needing to purchase an entire new set. These silicone baking pans are perfect for her.She likes to hand out the bread she makes to friends and family, but since she's still experimenting with recipes, generally only bakes 1-2 loaves at a time. She ends up handing out roughly cut slices. With these, she can continue using the same amount of dough, but hand out cute little loaves instead.I haven't been paying attention to know if she's coating the insides, but I would hazard a guess that she's not. If that's the case, these are beautifully nonstick. There's never any residue or left over layers stuck to the sides and bottom. She says they're easier than my metal pans, as she can just flip them inside out and work them out without issue. And cleaning them is a breeze. My only caution for anyone just venturing into the silicone bakeware, make sure you read all of the specifications so it's able to perform the tasks you're purchasing it for. When I was looking there were more than a few that couldn't withstand temperatures over 300F, some weren't oven safe at all even though they were marketed as such. These, I believe, can be heated upwards of either 420 or 455F. Most breads are cooked fairly low and slow, so that's a non-issue with those heat parameters.Overall these were a budget friendly alternative for my daughter to use. And the perfect size for what she's using them for. I haven't noticed any change in the quality of her bread (meaning how long it needs to bake or it's performance in general compared to a metal baking pan). She's happy, I'm happy, and my metal loaves pans are safe for another day.
