Hope your Chinese is good...
The native display on this is entirely in Chinese. Searching the instructions and the Internet, there doesn't appear to be any way to make that show in English, so that sucks...The printed instructions are pretty bad, though at least they're in English. The unit only works as described about 10% of the time so far, so it's wildly unreliable. On the plus side, when it did work, the picture and sound were perfect. I couldn't tell at all that it was streaming over the network - there was no discernible loss in picture or sound quality.Overall, I'm pretty disappointed. I'm pretty sure I could probably get it to work better if I could read Chinese, but to market this to America in this state is pretty lame.

Reliability
1st I will say to the manufacturer/distributer, instructions in English would have been helpful. Pictographs and single word "instructions" arent as herlpful as u may have thought. But i will say its great product . Been running it str8 for 48 hrs and it has not crashed or skipped. i like it a lot!!!

Nice, small display dongle
This is a nice device that acts as a wireless display dongle of sorts. In the box all you get are three things - the dongle itself, a USB-C cable for power, and the manual. I gave it some power, connected it to one of my TV's HDMI ports, and was greeted with a screen that was completely in Japanese. I saw no way to change it either, however, if you connect to the WIFI network it broadcasts and use the password of 12345678 then you can access its settings by using the IP address on screen. Luckily, the internal menu was in English. So, none of this is needed if you want to do some simple screen mirroring. It works like a smart TV in that regard. Just use your device to cast to this one which will be called Hagbis and some random numbers. It works like any other similar dongle. The quality isn't great. The input lag is serious, and that was with putting the dongle in game mode in the settings, but it does work and I did not experience any dropouts or connection issues. Now, if you connect it to your home network, it becomes a casting device. Say you were watching a YouTube video on your phone and you wanted to cast it. Well, when this thing is connected to your wifi, you can do that, and you get the full 4K 60fps if the video supports that quality. It supports HDR too, but that must be toggled in the settings. I was wondering why this thing advertised 4K 60fps support. This seems to be the only way to get it. Anyway, I did have a buffering issue. Restarting the device fixed that and the next time I did cast a YouTube video, it worked flawlessly.Great little device at the end of the day. They just need some English for the splash screen. I only knew what was going on since this isn't my first attempt with a device like this.

Plug and Play Easy For a Specific Use Case
As a samsung phone user for years, I have had little success actually using Dex. I was excited for wireless dex, but disappointed because it requires miracast. If you use Samsung TVs, then miracast is built-in. Other manufacturers have abandoned that feature, so if I want to use my phone as a computer on my sony TV, I would need a miracast dongle. Microsoft sells a dongle, but it is limited to 1080p. When I saw this item's listing, I expected it to be useless, but I am pleased to say that it not only worked, it worked seamless and without any setup required. The box the dongle comes in was unassuming cardboard with a plastic insert. There is a usb cable included for power, which I plugged into my TV's usb port. On boot, the dongle displays a static image of text that I assume are instructions. I don't know for sure since it is in chinese and I found no way of changing it.That was as far as I got before trying to cast a screen to it. My galaxy fold 5 supports mirroring and wireless dex. Both modes worked flawlessly, instantly identifying the nearby dongle and casting an image to it. At no point did I need to manually connect to the dongle's wifi hotspot. On my Windows 11 computer, I was able to cast my screen using the built-in cast toggle, and it also found the dongle immediately. Resolution was set to 2160p, but resolution was stuck at 30hz and could not be adjusted higher. On both devices, input latency was very high at nearly a second. This dongle is not usable for gaming.Overall, I am happy to have a more convenient solution for sharing to my TV. I wish the dongle's menu was multilingual, and I also wish it did reach 60hz at 4k, but for something so cheap, it is easily one of the best options I have found for this narrow use case
